Custom & Made-to-Order Disclaimer

All custom and made-to-order products offered by FinWatchStraps are individually handcrafted according to the specifications selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

By placing an order for a custom or made-to-order item, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Custom Products

Custom and made-to-order items include, but are not limited to:

• Custom strap lengths

• Custom lug widths and buckle widths

• Custom tapers and thicknesses

• Stitching, lining, material, or hardware selections

• Any product marked as Made-to-Order or Custom

These products are produced exclusively for the customer and cannot be resold to another buyer.

2. No Returns or Refunds (Legal Basis)

Due to their personalized nature:

• Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable

• The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Selecting correct sizes and specifications

• Ensuring compatibility with their watch case

• Verifying all customization details before placing the order

Claims based on incorrect measurements, personal preference, or subjective dissatisfaction do not constitute grounds for return or refund.

4. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is suspected, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order number

• Clear photographic evidence

If a defect is confirmed, FinWatchStraps will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the item

• Replace the item

• Issue a refund

5. Natural Materials Disclaimer

Many of our products are made from natural and rare materials.
As a result:

• Variations in texture, grain, color, or finish are inherent and expected

• Such variations are not considered defects

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase of a custom or made-to-order item, the customer confirms acceptance of this Disclaimer and all related store policies.
